Lists
Step 1: Highlight Data

Highlight the range of data that you want to make into a list.
Step 2: Create List

On the Data menu, click on List, and then click on Create List.
Step 3:Selected Data

On the Create List dialog box check to make sure that the correct data is selected. If your list has headers, check the box that says “My list has headers”.
Step 4: List

After the list has been created, it will be identified by a blue border. In addition, AutoFilter drop-downs will be automatically enabled for each column in the list and the insert row will be added as the last row of the list.
Step 5: Total Row

You can add a total row by clicking Data, List, Toggle Total Row. A total row will be displayed under the insert row.
Step 6: Sorting List

Click on the down arrow at the top of your list. From here you can choose to sort the list ascending, descending, show all the data, show only the top 10, or show a customized range.
