Welcome to Lesson6 of the Advanced Microsoft Excel Tutorial. In this lesson we will cover Comments. I hope you enjoy the lesson.

Comments

Step 1: Select Cell

Click on the cell that you want to comment on.

Step 2: Insert Comment

On the Insert menu, click Comment.

Step 3: Insert Text

In the box type the text that you want to appear. If you do not want your name to appear you can select your name and then hit delete.

Step 4: Finished

When you are done click outside of the comment box. This will then save your comment.
