Changing Your Startup Folder
Step 1: Options
Go to Tools on the menu and then click options.
Step 2: Advanced Options
Click on the other tab, and then click advanced options.
Step 3: Browse
Under General Settings, next to the Startup in this folder box, click Browse.
Step 4: Select Folder
In the Select Folder dialog box, select the folder you want to appear when you start Outlook. This can be any folder including contacts, notes, journal or any personal folders.
