Step 1: New Note
From the File menu, select New, and then Note.
Step 2: Type in Note
In the Yellow Sticky dialog type in your note. When you are done click the X in the upper-right corner.
Step 3: View Note
Click on the Yellow Note icon in the bottom left corner of the Microsoft Outlook window. This will bring up a list of all your notes. From here you can double-click and view your note.
